The services we provide relate strictly to "form filling" and assistance. No advice about the accuracy of the entries in the forms or legal advice relating to the forms being completed is provided. This service is not a reserved area of legal work covered by the Legal Services Act 2007. The service is provided by appointment only and conducted over the telephone. We will endeavour to ensure that when providing form filling help and assistance that conducting the matter over the telephone is appropriate. If it is not, a face to face appointment may be required for an additional small charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

About Martin

Martin Callan, Legal Executive Lawyer
M.A., LL.B Hons, F.Inst.L.M., F.Inst.L.Ex.

Martin is an experienced multi-practice legal executive lawyer. After a number of years in private practice in 2005 Martin was elected to the National Council of the Institute of Legal Executives and continues in that role. With experience at senior-management level and as head of department at mid-sized regional firms in South Wales and in London, Martin has many years experience dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, system development and volume processing environments. Martin has experience leading teams and departments at all levels, ensuring the highest standards of client care are achieved. Martin is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Martin has extensive experience as an entrepreneurial lawyer across a broad and deep combination of practice areas (contentious and non-contentious) combined with strategic policy and direction. Martin has helped enhance many firms abililty to deliver lower costs and higher profits across a range of solutions based on the business objectives and individuality of the firm.
